So, what do you think the games will be?

Well I really enjoyed it. From just watching someone play the game it looks repetitive, but strangely it doesn't feel it when you're actually the one playing. The four weapons are all completely different and have their own strengths and weaknesses - there's a sword, a spear, a double ended shorter sword and a whacking great hammer. They all have their own magical element as well.
I love the game - it's everything the original was with heaps more besides. You have to play it at least four times through to see absolutely everything due to the new gift system (give someone a gift that they like and they'll come and aid you in battle). I can't praise this game enough, but many don't like it. I dunno. You can always take it back :)

Coincidentally, the water effects were the first thing I noticed. I never thought a game could top the graphics shown in Resident Evil, or the water effects displayed in Super Mario Sunshine - but Onimusha 2 has just about done it! If it comes to GameCube, we're in for a real graphical treat.

Well I have it for PS2, and it's brilliant. I've been shouting praise for the game for ages but no one has taken it onboard, so nice to see someone else is a believer.
One thing I must mention - the water effects are absolutely the best ever. I am not exaggerating, joking, jesting or whatever else you can think of. The waves are just brilliant. There's one particular point where it's prominent and after that you'll be constantly looking at any water you see.
