Does anybody know anywhere online that sells broadband modem cable by the metre - I need 20 metres and it has to be RJ11....

I am sure I read somewhere that you can not use a US stuff on a UK XBox. But havent you got a US XBox Bleeders? If so you should be able to get the US kit, but the UK kit wont work.

I apologise if this has already been addressed, but you do know that you can get onto XBox Live using the US disc right? All XBox Live discs aren't region coded nor are the newer games either.

Which is nice.

You see this is the problem with "xbox haters" They call the xbox they insult everyone associated with it. But the never give it a chance, I mean a proper chance. They will get to love it. As I was the same as Belldandy I watched from afar and it grew on me more and more until I got one. 2 weeks after release. Or was it earlier? who cares I love my xbox to bits now.

If I can get the money for Nov 30th, and that should be no problem, and I've either got, or am waiting for delivery of, everything I need to get my Xbox hooked up to Broadband - had to buy NI Card, cables and stuff, and I should have Broadband activated by end of next week, so hopefully I should be on pretty soon after Nov 30th - as fast as I can get a test drive kit !

Hoping MS release more detail before Nov 30th about how the test drive thing is going to work, but if not I'll be on the site on Midnight at the 29th clicking refresh until it appears - I'm hoping thay start selling them from midnight because I'm supposed to be at work at 9am on the 30th but, if I have to, I'll be late for once.

And I'm really enjoying the Xbox stuff I have so far, not played Blinx much though - blame Halo and GT2002 for that !

Thanks, I tried it but the longest they do is 3 metres, I need a whopping 20 metres ! Anyway, I bit the bullet and paid £24 for a cable from ADSL warehouse - got fed up of looking around. Now I need to get a NI Card, 5 metres of crossover cable, and the test drive thing on Nov 30th.....poor wallet :(

Someone has mentioned earlier about the test drive on Nov 30th being limited ? From what the Microsoft UK guy in OXM's latest issue said I understood that there was no limited supply of the test drive kits as he says "November 30th is really the launch date as this is when anyone who wants to use it can" - it's on Xbox live feature in OXM anyway.
