Bloody E-Bay are on my case. I've done many successful auctions, and then I discover that there's a bloody listing fee, and they keep sending me E-Mails, asking for the money, which I ignored. I got an E-Mail yesterday saying that my account has been suspended and that they may use legal action to get a measly £12 from me. Pathetic!
My mate was going to be sued for copyright infringement, until he told them he was 14, and they sent him loads of free gifts.
Hopefully I won't get taken to court, as I'm only 13 :0)

I tried to contact customer support, but because my account is deleted, I couldn't, and so I have to wait for them to send another E-Mail (if they do).
I'll have £10 by Friday, so I should be able to pay it up, but I'm terribly annoyed that I have to pay £1 for a stupid auction, when other sites are free!

I am pretty sure they can trace you through your ISPN. I think you would be better paying the £12 or pay possibly a lot more in the long run.
Never used them so I can't comment.....still it seems to pay not to use your correct address.... ;D
