Bloody E-Bay are on my case. I've done many successful auctions, and then I discover that there's a bloody listing fee, and they keep sending me E-Mails, asking for the money, which I ignored. I got an E-Mail yesterday saying that my account has been suspended and that they may use legal action to get a measly £12 from me. Pathetic!

My mate was going to be sued for copyright infringement, until he told them he was 14, and they sent him loads of free gifts.

Hopefully I won't get taken to court, as I'm only 13 :0)

Good I didn't put my real address in :0)

Anyone had this problem?

I agree. Pay the money. It's clear that you have to pay to use it, and it's a reasonable amount for the readership the site gets.

Sto moaning and pay ! I sell quite a bit on Ebay and I don't see why my money should go towards financing cheapskates. It is not "a problem" as you put it, except if yuo cannot read the rather obvious messages informing yuo that you've got to PAY to sell.

The thing is, it's not as though e-bay is hiding the charges.
As you prepare to list your item for auction, it says very clearly how much everything costs. e.g. 'List item with Bold text - 50p' etc. etc.
You cannot complain about them asking for their money - you must have seen the costs.
I pay my e-bay bill without any moaning. You use the service, you pay the fee!
Everyone wants free stuff on the internet... but people have to earn a living, and you pay for what you get. E-bay is the best auction site - and that's because they make money from each sale, which goes into site maintenance.

I use Ebay quite a lot to but and sell games and I have never had a problem. The cost of selling a game (about a pound) is nothing compared to the fact you can usually get more for the game this way than part ex with your high street store.

Also you can buy games less than the usual preowned price in the same shops. Just bought Red Faction off ebay for £14 inc postage.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
