Yeah, was gonna say but wasn't sure. Something like it reacts with the tiny amount of water in the atmosphere, and it's nuclear (I think) so it just don't exist.

I meant lab
Put some Caesium in oil, put that oil in a two litre plastic bottle, put some breakable (when thrown) film over it, fill the rest with water, put on the lid. I'm sure you know what happens from there...
For those of you who don't know, well, when the film breaks, the oil, being less dense than water, will make it's way to the top of the bottle, the water will then make contact with the Caesium and BOOMSHAKALAKA!
