i have PS2, Xbox and Cube, only cos i like a variety of games.
not cos i want to have every console!
i only got an Xbox a few months back, and i have over 20 games for it now!
i love them, but cos they are different, yes the controller sucks!
but the games are great.
Cube has been slow until now, i have 25 games, none of them PAL, and i like them all.
I got my cube september 2001, and i have only recently been buying loads of games, things like metroid prime and dead to rights have finally come out so there is reason to get more games. Im still waititng with baited breath for mario kart on the cube, but as it isnt releeased til september next year at the earliest i have a long wait!
theres loads of games i want, Halo 2, Project Gotham 2, and a fw others on xbox, and loads on cube.
out of them all theres none i want on PS2, in my etyes the console is dead, or dying rapidly!

money, people who buy games consoles, most of them don't know what they are doing, they just buy a ps2 cause its cool. but people who are "geeks" who don't go out and spend £300 on a x-box to realise in 3 weeks its £200 know what there doing and get the best for there money
its annoying, all you seem to get now is rolling footage!
why?
im not gonna criticise here, but you have all been pulled into the age old argument of "which console is better?"
you shouldnt look at the console, its the games!
a console can be the most powerful thing ever made, but if the games are shít then whats the point?
look at the jaguar! had power, good graphics but toss games!
you should never EVER buy a console cos you like the machine!
you should always look at the games first!
end of the day, all consoles have good games.
PS2 has a few good ones but its slowly going out, with only a few titles here to make us keep with it (namely GTA Vice City)
Xbox has some good games, Halo being top! Tony Hawks 4 is the best version on the Xbox, just like Timesplitters 2 is best on Cube.
Gamecube has a lot of great titles, but then again not as many as i would like it to!
i have never gone out and bought the most powerful machine!
i would rather spend the money on good games for the system i have!
