Ok, I tried a cd, and it worked great. So its not my sound card (Phew) it worked fine before, so im guessing that im missing some important drivers or something Codec or something.
So, could someone give me a bit of help, and help a great friend fix his computer :o) Pleeese :o)

weird how it's echoey only with MP3s, it sounds like missing drivers, weird, never heard of that happening before really :(
don't know if it will make any difference, try downloading a new player:
http://www.real.com/realone/ index.html (no space)
maybe that will have the extra file you need, maybe it got deleted when you did something to your pc.
So, Im only using the MP3 software. Sonique Winamp etc. But the audio still sound all crappy and echoy and its total crap.
So, I don't know what the problem is, but its something MP3 related, missing drivers or something.. Helpy...
those cards are absolutly no good for making music, no good *shakes head* mine has no midi!!!! thats pretty much the only thing I use, Audigys range is good.
but it sounds like your setting for the software your using, I guess your using different software for your CDs and MP3s...
if it's not a problem with your soundcard, it's more than likely not going to be the MP3s, so the software is the next thing to check, what are you using for your MP3s/CDs and making music (for personal curiosity) :)
Its *Just* Mp3's nothing else...
