Anybody on the browser game Travian? It's a free online game and basically you turn a small little oasis into the capital of your kingdom - building resource fields, warehouses, barracks etc. You can even form alliances and rage out war with other players.

I'm already part of one of the alliances (90th in the game) and have a lot of power withing (Head Diplomat), so anybody thinking of joining, start up in the south west region of server 4 on the .co.uk version of the site (click)

Just thought it would be a bit of fun we could all take part in. If you do decide to join, just note down your coordinates and name in this thread.

So how long do you think it will be before someone builds a wonder and the game finishes?

I'm still upgrading my resources per hour up to about 600 for each now, keep sending them to my other village to get it's resources per hour up as well up to about 150 per hour for each on that one too.

God Damn! I was beginning to build some troops, had 30 lil fellas, 10 slightly better fellas and 1 hero, and then some sod comes along with 1310 Imperiams or whatever they're called, and wipes me out :( Sick, sick game :'(

Ok, you go and raid them. I'll stand back and watch not only the Natars come after you to get their plans back, but also every other clan in the region who are also after the plans.

They're coming to eat your BRAIN.


Seriously, I think we have to raid the Natar villages to steal the plans for the wonder, then whoever builds the wonder first wins the game. Or something.

What are these Natar things? I read hippy's forum post but didn't quite get it?

On S4 I'm now in an Alliance called Strength In Numbers - SIN
It was offered by a neighbour and I figured it'd be best to join one quick as I'm near enough completely surrounded by other villages and noob protection runs out tomorrow. And I have no army, only a level 2 cranny and level 1 wall.
