Alrighty then. I know HTML, Javascript and some PHP. How do I make a site where I can type into a textarea and it updates a spot on a page? Is this asking too much?

How do you want it to look on your website? maybe the news script could work, but all you have to do is, on your website, you log on and write some information then it gets posted on your webpage, you don't have to upload anything, don't know how it will look though.

I had a go at making something from the Freeola PHP manual. It goes a little summint like this:

3 files - "Chat.php", "add_message.php" & "inputform.php"

"Chat.php" is a blank file that I want to create some content on using "inputform.php".

"add_message.php" contains the code I ripped from freeola that refers to the "Chat.php" page.

"Inputform.php" has a form that 'posts' to the 'action="add_message.php"' thingy.

It didn't work, but is it anywhere near?
