Well I tried ordering for ages last night and kept getting an error message back. Phoned up Microsoft again (think I'm gonna buy a bloody season ticket for it) and apparently the reason this is happening is because it can't be ordered until December 1st. So I guess I'll be on again late tonight or early tomorrow morning.

They better not mess with me again ! ::shakes fist::

Hmm, it says it's available until feb 14th or until stocks last.

So that gets rid of the 'one day only' rumours straight away. And if they set a date that far ahead, they must have plenty of stock.

Ok, just done and completed checkout. YOu get given a code to register straight away, but seeing as my broadband isn't possible yet - still waiting for modem - I can't try it. I thought you needed the upgrade cd to add Xbox Live to the dashboard but apparently any game which is Xbox Live enabled can be used to create an account - just reading this off the screen you get once ordered.

Anyway, did you order Savatt ? Thank Bill that it started early by a few minutes !
