It's tragic that the guy died, but I agree with Wookiee, it's a bit sad that one of the first thing that comes to mind when her son died was to sue.

well the mother is a fool, she can't sue Nintendo and for crying out loud the son is 30 years, he should had learn his lesson but a little late for that now.

Yeah, but c'mon... the guy was 30 years old - same age as me! He knew the "risks".
I'm damn sure if I keeled over playing GTA3 tonight, suing Rockstar or Sony would be about the furthest thing from my mum's mind!

To cover themelves, by the way, years ago Nintendo started to put warnings on all games, recommending 15 minute breaks every hour - if he didn't follow instructions she can't sue.
