well the mother is a fool, she can't sue Nintendo and for crying out loud the son is 30 years, he should had learn his lesson but a little late for that now.
I'm damn sure if I keeled over playing GTA3 tonight, suing Rockstar or Sony would be about the furthest thing from my mum's mind!

To cover themelves, by the way, years ago Nintendo started to put warnings on all games, recommending 15 minute breaks every hour - if he didn't follow instructions she can't sue.
