Hmmm.... It was the players fault for spending too long on a game, I find I feel weird after playing games for longer than 3 hours, but it syas in the manuals take 15 mins break every hour of play, so good luck beating the courts.

If it was some kind of seizure - which is really all it could have been, unless he peed on the console and electrocuted himself - then it could just as easily have happened if he was watching normal TV. Who would she sue then?
