The gamecube is the most advanced console in the world and wont be beaten by the playstation 2 or the x- box with some great add ons like the gameboy advance. As soon as i saw the spaceworld presentation i thought nothing else but to get to the other side of the world and buy the damn thing. So if there have been any more improvements in the gaming industry- and not the playstaion 2 or the x-box give me a reply.

Maybe if you write them a really nice letter asking them to be a guine pig they will ship one out for you, or even if you have to pay post+package you will still save a bundle and could be one of the first on our shores to experience the wonder which is known to us as the Gamecube.

Games and console manufacturers do employ people to beta test their equipment or software. This does not always work though, look at some of the disasters that have appeared in software or peripherals! Perhaos there should be something similar to the film industry, where there is a cinema screening where the film companies are willing to change bits of the films before release if the audience reaction isn't what they want.
Film companies do risk thousands and millions on each film I suppose, but games companies etc are also betting with big money stakes when they release a new console or original game. Thats why there are so many sequels. Nintendo would do well to get an 'audience' in and try out all their hardware and the software they will release first. It might just work in their favour.

Like give us a mould of the controller for our testing and feedback? Not bad idea...

The thing that makes Nintendo is originality.
The X-box is a Uber-console or should i say PC its just a reincarnation of the thing that you are using right now.
It will probably look like a PC with a monitor, Keyboard, tower.
The Dreamcast:
I know little about this console yet can safely say its the only non nintendo console i would even think about buying its getting towards nintendo's position but still lacks something.
The Playstation 2:
I tried to keep an open mind about this console after hating the PSX and even then I was apauled at the low quality of this console its amazing how many people will buy a console just because they have heared the name Sony.
I trust them with every other electrical apliance but not my treasured console.
The Gamecube:
The look may be dubious it may have invented yet another unique to nintendo medium yet it will be great.
I have watched every spaceworld video out there and am continualy amazed by what nintendo can pull out of their Japanese hat.
It has a magic about it.
Which has a nicer feeling Disneyland or your local amusements?.
It doen't matter about its size or if it has less of the games you like, You can guarantee that every nintendo (and rare) game will be astounding.
OK sony may have a 100% brilliant game record but thats because they have never made their own game.
The only things that nintendo needs to do now:
Give us a christmas release date
Let us feel the controler soon
Provide just enough information to keep us hooked
Keep it low priced at release.

Edgy, all that Microsoft are trying to do is monopolise everything, including the games market. All the same from Microsoft.

I Totally agreed when you say that gamecube is going to come top!
This is because firstly it has the best RPG characters and adventure/ action games (does the name ZELDA and MARIO reminded you !).The gamecube when released will also be far superior to the PS2.(twice as powerful, technical).Nintendo has also thought about piracy as the games will all come on special DVD discs called "mini DVDs.
Sadly like all good products there has to be a slight down side and that is that the controller looks a little uncomfortable, but as CEO of Nintendo said "It amy look rather strange from other console controllers, but I you get to know it, it is sure to be the most comfortable controller on the market.also remember what the press said about the N64 controller and now it is THE most user-friendly controller.

X-box may have higher technological stats than the Gamecube but remember this:

It's made by Microsoft! Microsoft is a bad company that has been threatened by lawsuits.

It's run by the richest man in the world so what does he care about it?

It's made by the same company who made Windows! Ooops I've made an illegal operation and now I'm running scandisk, now the screens going all funny and my harddrive has been wiped. Hey, it's working again now.....damn it's just crashed!

The Gamecube, in most opinions is the best console coming up, at least all those opinions of those with the ability to judge.
The fact is, from the demos we have seen, on the X-Box, and the Gamecube, the most impressive ones were on the Gamecube. Simple as that.

Yes, the X-Box might have the power that we could only dream a console to have it's almost twice the power of the Gamecube, but what good is a console with no good games, it's like the N64 it was the most advanced console of it's time yet it didn't produce as many games as it should have, so it didn't make use it's potential and lost alot of money.

zzzzz. BORING! Ive heard this all before on here! Can you please be a bit unbiased and look at all consoles. I admit I used to be like you, but now I believe that you should look at all consoles before you decide to buy, remember, none of them arent even out yet!
