The gamecube is the most advanced console in the world and wont be beaten by the playstation 2 or the x- box with some great add ons like the gameboy advance. As soon as i saw the spaceworld presentation i thought nothing else but to get to the other side of the world and buy the damn thing. So if there have been any more improvements in the gaming industry- and not the playstaion 2 or the x-box give me a reply.

Nights creator Sonic Team (not many people know this but they made the Sonic games too!) now make games for the Gamecube and Xbox as well as the DC apparently.

Software companys take big risks of millions of pounds for thier ideas. Look at the Dreamcast. That was dreamed up by Sega and now it's not doing well at all. PlayStation
2 is taking a large risk with the use of DVD on the PlayStaion 2. It's dangerous because the DVD player on PS2 is slow and blocky and freezes sometimes.Nintendo GameCube is probably going to be the most popular because
it has focused on gameplay and orginality which I think is wise of them. Nobody will be able to decide which is the best console it's all your own opinion and around the world all of you have a diferent opinion.

Sure Graphics and Power are important but you have to admit that there comes a time when the eye can no-longer tell the difference. I can't easyly imagine graphics better than what I have seen for Game-Cube, Sure there will always be a bigger and better number but will you be able to tell the difference. (aside from examining each setting for hours with a magnifying glass)
Sure Every improvement in power and graphics is a good thing but 10 years down the line we will be judging which console to buy on the quality of its games, and if you ask me, the sooner the better.

Microsofts machine is more powerful and superior to the GameCube in everyway... except...

The only let down for the X-Box is their audience and the games.
The audience they have are people like us and older buissness people that use laptops for everyday work, but I seriously doubt that the older people will buy a console anyway , so that just leaves us, but I don't want one because it will be the same as my PC but on my TV, maybe, Billy might seel his own monitors, like apple mac's new laptops and monitors, how pretty.
I am not sure what games they have to offer, i have only heard of one and it's not appealing at al, but I know it will change, as my Pc has had loads of games on it that I thought did very well on the PS and I can play over the internet with them aswell, but then every console will have that accessory. I have no idea what will happen, I don't think they would have entered the race with no chance of a good game or producer, they must have some tricks up their sleives, and since they are the richest company in the world they should do very well. I hope they give nintendo and Sony a run for their money.

You MUST be joking, the X-Box has one BIG let down: CENSORSHIP. Parents can adjust the appropriate setting for their gamer to have and that will REALLY let down the gamers point of view. The gamecube on the other hand , has nothing like this, so the everyday gamer can enjoy whatever game they want. From Perfect Dark to Mario Kart.
