Its rubbish
7 GB hards drive
96MB RAM
133Mhz

Its total crap
My dad will not agree in buying the family a nu one.
Shall I buy one myself?

were 7 gig hard drives and 133 processors out 7 years ago ?
didn't think 133mhz processors can out until 1997 ?
I'm probably wrong as usual !

depends what you use it for - don't suppose its playing games or you would have had to upgrade by now !
Well worth shelling out couple of hundred quid on one even if it is not cutting edge.

If you feel it's time to upgrade (and looking at you're system spec I'd say it was) then yes. You can find allot of great deals now for PCs whether it's buying a whole new system, just replacing the stack or building one from scratch.
