Someone told me that they are making a Playstation 3 is this true.I hope not because everybody will buy it and I will still have the Playstation 2.

The chances are they are making a PS3 right now, but it will only be in development stages. The PS2 was in development right after the PS1's release, and took about 5 years to complete. So don't get too worried.
Wheather or not it will be called the PS3 or not, I don't know. But I would hope not.
