Planet of the Apes I found boring. The ending was awful as well.

I thought it was pretty good - Better watching it the second time round!! I agree though the ending is disappointing!!

Apparently the American editions of POTA came with an insert that explained how the ending was scientifically possible.
Or so I heard.
Watch POTA because Burton is a genius. And it has monkeys. And monkeys seem to be an obsession in these here parts.
