I know this is movie related, but I need a quick 15 minute response.

Which of the following movies shall I watch tonight?

The Dark Half
The Wicker Man
Hannibal
Planet Of The Apes (remake)

I probably won't take your advice, but give it anyway!

The Dark Half, because that's the only one I haven't heard of.

The Dark Half is based on a Stephen King novel.

I've seen all of the films before except for The Wicker Man, which I taped over Xmas. I taped the Dark Half last week.

The other two are DVD's which I bought, so are more likely choices....

I didn't watch The Dark Half last week, btw, I saw it ages ago, so taped it because I couldn't remember it.

Hannibal, because I've seen the Dark Half (and you know how bad Stephen King book to film conversions are, with the exception of The Green Mile? Well the Dark Half is another naff one, soz). I've seen Wicker Man too, cracking film, but still Hannibal I think would beat it.

Then there's the remake of Planet of the Apes, the only one apart from Hannibal that I haven't seen yet. But I'm in the mood for a tense thriller rather than an action spectacular. However, PSW did give Planet of the Apes a decent review and the ending sounds intruiging.

I'd watch both of them, Hannibal first, Planet of the Apes second, the other two I'd watch on a rainy day when all my other DVDs had been stolen.

Intriguing? It's one of the most confusing endings ever.

IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE!!!!!!!!!!111

And I would love to discuss it... so yeah, see Planet of the Apes.

The Wicker Man's quite good, although it's got Christopher Lee in drag, as Goatboy pointed out a while back.

Watch Planet of The Apes - its supposedly quite good but not as tense as the other three spooky ones :)
