you mean like there are the phone missions on each island indicated by the phone on the map. i have however heard that there is a phone mission that asks you to kill D-ice, but its not classed as a mission like the police/ambulance arent

Well, theres this big phone thing which kinda leads you to a phone and you go to the phone and pick it up and theres this guy that talks to you. If you don't see it then you've either done it or your stupid.
