Is it more excepted? Probably not, its just cheaper. If Microsoft had kept the price high it wouldn't sell anywhere near like it does.

Also, the X Box isn't out selling Gamecube, i'm 99% sure Gamecube has more sales, and who cares about a console being more excepted, it isn't some cult that you have to join, it is a machine!

1/ playstation= 90 000 units sold
2/ xbox= 20 thousand units sold
3/ gamecube= 10 000 units sold
