What it said in the first post was:
“All you need to do is design a logo that fits in with the rest of the place. Flash5 and anything else can be used, just TRY and keep it's size down a bit as the page will take forever to load.”
So I designed my logo, and won. Tom then said:
I think Andi's logo already feels like it's at home. Nice one dude. Like I said with Rob, whoever wins I'll give you a DVD up to £20 outta me own money.

Now I receive this e-mail from him:
The logo didn't meet the required specifications as after much thought, we came to the conclusion that it was 1mm too wide therefore, invalid. Please kindly take your logo and firmly lodge it up your ar*e.
So, what do you vote I do? I’m in the process of posting this on all the forums I know he uses, and I’ll e-mail a copy to SR. I’m also currently writing an e-mail to his hosts to see if they’ll do anything, for I don’t like to be messed around..
Oh and Tom, I have numerous screenshots to prove your site used my logo, so don’t get any bright ideas.
By the way, just to keep you informed, I've just recieved an e-mail from Supanames stating that they'll claim £20 + VAT or the DVD on my behalf and suspend the hosting of View & Play until I get it. Result!! Thanks very much Tyla, I did what you siad and sent them what you told me I could use as evidence and they were happy to help.
Now I'm a happy chappy :)
You know, I used to think you were an ok bloke.
Thats just sad.
Thanks for your help Tyla, I'm in discussions with a guy from Supanames now, just sent him a load of stuff and mentioned about the gameplay buttons too. They're takeing this very seriously, a bit more seriously than i thought actually!

Yeh. I say ban that dishonest Mo Fo. Ahem.

> care is hardly good enough.
It may be too late for him to change our minds about this, but the least he could do now is to keep his end of the bargain.
> You've already been banned from this site for copying things, and I'd rather you didn't use our forums for your own competitions, especially if you're going to cause trouble like this.
Does this mean he's been banned again?
You've already been banned from this site for copying things, and I'd rather you didn't use our forums for your own competitions, especially if you're going to cause trouble like this.
I think you owe him an apology, just saying you don't care is hardly good enough.
I'm gald I didn't get round to helping him out with his site, for one, if I had got involved, he may have even had the University I was attending beating down his door too, because I used their systems and programs to make one of his banners, oops, maybe I shouldn't have made that public................
> I give my help advice for free on this forum, something which I (and I'm sure some other regulars) am paid a fair amount to do in my daily job.
Same sentiments here!! The information and advice I give on here i normally get paid a shed load for...
>Your reputation lies in tatters and I doubt that anyone reading this will be inclined to take you or your website seriously. I certainly don't anymore.
Reputation is important in this industry, this could come back and hauunt you in time...
>This kind of thing will make me think twice about offering any form of help in the future.
I'll still be giving out advice etc, but restricting the level of what i do give out..
