It's 2002, and this summer comes the biggest tournament in international football! In Japan and South Korea, top international sides will be going head to head for the World Cup. France, the current holders, are in it this time aswell and stand a good chance of winning it. Teams like Argentina and Brazil would be good bets, but there's no Hollland. And what about England, playing well under Eriksson, could this be our year?? It's been a long wait since 19661

I reckon.....Argebtina will beat France in the final.

Who do you think??? (I bet the first few answers are NOT Brazil!)

Argentina should, and probably will win the world cup. It is not jumpig on the bandwagon that everyone says they will do it, they genuinely have the resources to do it, they are a really great side, and are looking very strong at the moment, even making Brazil look second-rate

I hope England can help put Argentina out in the first round. If Beckham and Owen are at their best England could do well, but the draw was tough for us. Spain have a strong team but never seem it get it right in touraments, so i will go for Italy. (but hope England can win it!).

I can't see beyond Argentina.
Spain always have a talented side and are always one of the pre-cup favourites, but when it comes to it, they just always seem to fall short.

I doubt France will reach the final. I expect the South American Teams to dominate in this very warm climate. Argentina will win it. If they get knocked out somehow, myabe a few sending offs or somthin, then Brazil should win it.

i reckon argentina will come 1st, followed by france, then england. 2006 will be englands year, 1 world cup every 40 years is all we can do.

Argentina by a country mile plus a few yards. the question should be who are going to be the runners up?
