Lets start a topic-why do you like him so much?
Is it because he is the 90's John Hughes?
Is it because he tells it like it is----without fear?
Let everyone know!
Lets go_____
Mallrats, IMO, is not as good as everyone seems to think. It has a few funny sections, but I laughed at Shrek more than I laughed at it.
And his next film is "Jersy Girl".
Do you cretins watch his films because they have dick jokes?
Hur hur hur.
Go watch Notting Hill.
Oh and I think it should be pretty damn good.
Might as well make it worthwile though.
What does everyone think about Kevin Smith writing a script fo a new 'Fletch' movie?
At the end of the day they're all great films, sadly overlooked because of their lack of mainstream appeal.
Bollix.
Chasing Amy is a pile of crap, and so is Clerks, comapared to the genius of Dogma. He took the mick out of his own religion, which is a very hard thing to do. It was on a larger scale then the rest of his films to date, and therefore very ambitious. It was a move forward in his films, and I for one would get very bored of five Mallrats one after another.
Snoogins.
> Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back is excellent
Yep I got it yesterday. The 2 disc DVD is brilliant. Its a shame it his last movie with Jay and Silent Bob(Well that what it says on the DVD when hes talking).

I could've sworn that Clerks was actually his first film, Mallrats being the second, followed by Chasing Amy and the Clerks animated series, Dogma, JSBSB, and the graphic novels (which are collections of his main non Green Arrow work) Clerks and Chasing Dogma, and the new Bluntman and Chronic one.
