Ok....lets get this straigh.....i don't believe this so don't complain at me.....but some gimp read on a website that when u get 100% on gta3 the tunnel unlocks on the third island and u get to this disney land style place. The cops are dressed as fluffy pigs with rocket launchers and stuff.......any one know anything about this.....is it true(i doubt it)

I have a BIG idea. Maybe this tunnel is like an advert for a add on pack. Maybe rOCKSTAR are bringing out a add on to GTA3 and in order to use it u have to stabd near the tunnel and enter the add onpack and the tunnel opens. Hence the 'Under construction' signs. This may happen when the HDD is released and u can download the add on.....may be?

you need to do all the rampages as well. if you do one but fail you cant do it again i dont think.
could be a surprise, there is a blocked tunnel but has anyone completed it 100%? i might get the stradgey guide be easy to complete all the way
