Mewtwo not alakazam. Use alakazam if you enter a tournament and are not allowed mewtwo
For Rhydon give him earthquake not dig keep it if you like but i'm just offering advice

Your final team should be:
The 4 you definetly want
Chansey (Use the move list i gave you)
Lapras

I just recently started on PokÈmon Blue and i've been thinking about a final team maybee

Charizard (with Fire Blast)
Aritcuno (with Blizzard and Ice Beam)
Mewtwo or Alakazam
Rhydon (with Dig and Earthquake)
then 2 out of
Zapdos, Chansey, Lapras, Blastoise, Gengar, Venusar and Snorlax.

For the last two there's probably some more that I cant thi nk of at the moment

This is for IB instead of psychic give him toxic then i only gave him psychic to lower special which helps
