Riddle 1:
He got it in the woods,
and brought it home in his hand
because he couldn't find it.
The more he looked for it,
the more he felt it,
and when he finally found it,
he threw it away.

Riddle 2:
An eye in a blue face,
saw an eye in a green face.
"That eye is like to this eye"
said the first eye,
"but in low place, not in high place."

Riddle 3:
Every creature has seen it,
but to their dying day,
they'll never see it again

Riddle 4:
Look at me from the front,
I am somebody.
But from behind,
I am nobody.

Riddle 5 – some of you may recognise this from the film “Labyrinth”:
You come to two doors. The doorknockers talk to you. One tells the truth and the other always lies. One door leads to death, the other to freedom. You can only ask ONE doorknocker, ONE question. Who do you ask, and what is the question?

Riddle 6:
Stronger than God
More evil than the Devil
the rich need it
the poor have it
and if you eat it you die.

Riddle 7:
The one that makes it sells it.
The one that buys it does not use it.
The one that uses it never sees it.

Riddle 8:
It’s a word
there are 5 letters in it
you add 2 letters to it to make it shorter
what’s the word?

Flux.

She gives birth in the car and dies during this, the baby is a stranger as they have never met it (still unborn before they break down)

Surely the child isn't a stranger, but a son to either the man or the woman. Perhaps if you had said "there was an extra person in the car" it would have made sense.

That car riddle is rubbish. There could be any number of reasons why the woman let the man in the car. MAybe he had a gun, and threatened to shoot her.

No. She doesn't need air, you can't suffocate in a car!

INCORRECT :P

Think like this - there must've been a reason for her to let someone into the car. And the man "went for help".
