I don't know what the big deal is about using mice for shooting games.

Yes I have, and it's as rubbish and auto targeted as always.
And what's this "a mouse takes all the fun out of a game?"
Since when was difficult controls an advantage for a game?"
And there is a lot of skill invloved in using a mouse. More perhaps than using a console pad, as the FPSs on consoles always have auto aim. You get no auto aim on PC FPSs.

True. I never bothered with the extra VR missions that were released for the original game, and I doubt I'll be bothered too much about Substance either.

I don't know what the big deal is about using mice for shooting games. All these stupid jerks reckon they rule at shooters and all that, but playing shooting games with a mouse is as simple as clicking a bloody link on an Internet site. It takes the fun and skill out of it. What would be fun though is making a game that used a lightgun and also alowed freedom over control rather than a set route like Time Crisis 2.

Even when the UK Service is up and running, it won't work in my house!

I am almost certain it's coming to PS2, anyway, with MGS:Substance coming out, i expect the sales will ultimately be better on X Box
