Some of them very big too. Look for them......

But why not GC?

Obviously a competing market with PS2 and XBox, but they are too each other.

And GC is superior to PS2 and almost equal with XBox...

SO WHY??!!

The only game there, that I can't get anywhere else, is Perfect Dark 2 (which I'm not looking forward to, seeing as it's being made by different people). Despite the fact that I always enjoy console versions (I have the original Deus Ex on the PS2), it's just impractical to spend all that money on a console I don't really need.

I might get an X-Box next Christmas, but right now, there's not one game I want it for.

And Metroid's gonna spank them all with a big bat of planet sized proportions.

I saw it running on a big TV in my local import games type retailer, it looks amazing. I asked the guy if I could have a go, he just looked at me and smiled.

I think when I said "have a go" he thought I meant somehting else. I exited the shop in a hurry.

Not me Mav, I am happy with it coming to the Xbox and I prefer the Xbox controller more for FPS games although for game like Rouge Leader I prefer the GameCube controller. Just get an Xbox, that way you can own all the best FPS games across the GameCube and Xbox :) Between now and christmas the following FPS games will be released on either Xbox or GameCube:

Deus Ex 2 is actually X-Box/PC. Would be bloody amazing to own it on GameCube though. Hey, who's up for bombarding Ion Storm and Nintendo Europe with persuasive e-mails? Worth a shot..

WHAT?!

They'll always create multi-format games on the worst machine in terms of hardware (ie. PS2) and then convert it to other formats. Otherwise, they'd create the game on GC or Xbox, and not be able to convert the game to PS2 easily, as the PS2 couldn't handle some of the stuff done on the GC or Xbox version... that's the theory anyhoo.

But still. Seems pretty stupid to not bother announcing a GC release date. But hell. I want Zelda and Metriod. Then I'll be happy. Oh, and the new F-Zero. Oh, and the new Starfox. THEN I'll be happy.
