I am feeling a bit of a dunce. I'm stuck on a really basic level in Half Life - the Office complex. I don't know how to get out. There's a big lift shaft with ladders, which you can climb; but you cannot reach the top one to get out. There's a locked door with a businessman behind it - I can't work out how to open it. Help me, for pity's sake.
