Anyway, currently im at 6th form doing English language anmong other subjects and planning to go to Uni. many people have asked me what i plan to do as a carear and i never really knew. Back tracking a bit, in english we had to do some course work and to cut a long story short i did a games review. I got a great grade for it and even the teacher thought it was good, but one thing stood in my mind, she told me that i should consider going into this line of work and that set me thinking.
Being a games reviewer is something that i really would enjoy doing, not only because i love playing games but i also love writing and giving my opinions, and so i decided to persue this carear path. I started to send some letters to magazines as told by carears people at school a few weeks ago.
Now i know Royal mail is bad, but not this bad. So far i have had no replies back and im wondering are they really to busy to reply to me. I mean, i thought most industries were looking to always bring new blood into them, but none of them seem interested.
The point of my post is, is anyone in the same situation? Or can anyone give me any advice.
Cheers. Pro.
