This is not good news. I will have to sort it out tomorrow. I've heard that this has happened to quite a few people already and gets worse over time.

Had loads of mates complaining that PS2 chews up their discs. Like the outside of it. Scratching it to bits. It still works but after a while it has to affect it?
20+ Mates complaining.
And my little GC? Just keeps on playing!

"there" should be "their".
Did any other PS2 games give you similar probs?
Fair enough you may think, however when I took it back to the shop, it worked on there xbox fine.
My PS2, before I sold it to the same shop, had loading problems, especially on streaming games like GTA:VC, where I would be cruising down a street, and suddenly there was no road and very few textures, things like trees hadn't appeared yet.
When it was doing that too frequently, ~I got rid of it.
