Ok its on the first mission of Shoreside vale. You have to go to the Dam and take out the cartel guys on the way. Then you go a bit further and its zaps to the helicopter taking off fromn the roof.......whenever I go to get on the roof to save the woman hostage, it always comes up 'mission failed', and they execute her-----------how do you get through this????
