Both have their good points and their bad points.
Its not a good idea to sell the stuff you have if you like it. Youll just have lost a lot of money.
Besides, the Gamecube is bound to bring out some good original games sooner or later. =P
But Microsoft seem to have the best online plans.
Not sure if Nintendo are going to be as stupid as Sony and make you pay individual prices for games. If they do though then youll definitely want XBL (Side note: XBL suddenly started working for me again today. Strange).
What it comes down to is this: Which platform has the most games that you like/are looking forwards to?
People can, and have, listed a load of random games that they like, but the chances of you liking all the same games as another person are pretty slim.
> GC Online
Pfff. What online. One game doesn't count. And even if Nintendo do announce some online games at E3, MS will be doing the same too.
And Psychonauts sounds intriguing..
In your little world maybe.....
:D
I'm waiting for Metroid.
Although Vexx might tempt me.......
I doubt he would miss GC online all that much when he can get X-Box Live and of course he will miss out on those games you mentioned, but if he doesn't own an X-Box he could miss out on the likes of Halo 2, BC, Fable, DOA4, DOA Extreme Beach Volleyball, Rare's titles such as Kameo, Perfect Dark 2 and Conker's, Panzer Dragoon Orta, Project Gothem Racing 2, Ninja Gaiden and True Fantasy Live Online. :-)
It all comes down to what he wants to play and both of us could name high points all day about our consoles, but at the end of it Cube will have different tastes to both of us probably so its upto him on what he really wants to play more. :-)
Anyone notice the subliminary message in there ? (play more) ;-))
Fact was, I just wanted something new and exciting, as we all do at times.

Lol, Good ol' Mav and his 'cube brigade. You really don't want to him sell it do you :P
