Leave the newbies alone.

A lot of you are plainly being harsh to topscore, and other newbies too.

Why? They are new, and don't know how this place works. They might make a bit of a fool of themselves, but they don't need you lot being nasty to them.

Are you comfortable with saying that you did no stupid posts whatsoever when you got here the first time?

Newbies should be loved and taken under our wings like we would donuts (well i would). Then we eat them!

Nah, seriously, I think there are just the odd one or two noobs that sincerely spoil the atmosphere sometimes in the forums. Some seem to frequently post topics as they would ordinary posts, cramming up the forum and pushing down the really good topics. These are the kind of newbies I despise, but I don't think they're all like that.

Somepeople just see that a noob has posted and attack them for no reason. Now, that's harsh. But hey, that's just life!

I'm not new and yet regulars who post far more spam than any newbie feel they can insult us because they are purple!

I've probably posted a couple of foolish things in the past but nowhere near as banal as some of the stuff I've seen. Which is why hate otherS doing it, be they newbies OR regulars.

Yes I actually am, I didn't do anything idiotic or spam or the rest of it.

I have tried telling newbies "Dont post all these jokes seperately please because the forum gets blocked up" etc. Mostly they listen but the cheeky ones who don't listen to regulars or staffies and swear etc thinking they are great, they annoy me and I do lose my patience with them.

I agree though that the rest shouldn't be picked on

Don't forget, as far as I know, Top Score was also Techno freak - who became a regular and also got banned.

Top score knows exactly how things work around here, so I'll continue to have as much hatred for him as I like.

However, I do try to make an effort to people who look like they don't know how things work - people who don't just post a topic saying "xbox suks" when they know that it's not acceptable.

Some people just don't have an excuse.
