Personaly i think that the PS2 will be the console for previous PS owners.
The X-BOX has better graffics sure but hae u seen the prices!
which one do you think is the better console??
The games aren't looking too hot!, and by the UK release of the X-BOX FFX is going to be a major seler and more people will be wanting to endulge in the wonderful rpg.

This topic has been done to death but while I'm here the PS2 is much better I don't care how much money Bill Gates throughs at the Xbox. Microsoft just doesn't have the experience to compete with the mature consoles. Just think of like Squares try at the movie industry, had a good idea but didn't hold up when it came to crunch time.
i agree with HHH, i'd say the ps2 (biased)
To be honest you should post this in Prime cause we are all biased in here ;)
No seriously the line up for the PS2 this year looks superb. At the last count I wanted to get 21 games that are out this year only. The titles that are coming out on the X-Box are either PS2 ports or some minor games. Its true that Bill Gates can really bribe any developer inot making games for him but I am positive that Sony will succeed and win the console war.. And to be honest does it matter who wins as long us PS2 owners have loads of cool games to play about with

your right, the PS2 has a 18 month advantage which I think will help it succeed in the long run. We won't really be able to see how they go head to head until xmas. Hopefully prices will be more sensible by then.
