Think about it, think of the times you have seen Bill Gates - can you see his chest moving from breathing? NO. This gives basis to the suggestion that he has no lungs.
What about stomach?? Have you ever seen him eating?? I can safely say that I haven't - NO STOMACH.
This suggests he doesn't have to eat, so therefore does not have any need for a digestive system - no intestines.
If he does not need to eat, and lets face it, this is unequivacol evidence for this fact, then he will not need blood, and if he has no blood, then things like liver and kidneys have no use.
I could go on, but I won't bore you, but it all comes to the same fact - BILL GATES HAS NOTHING INSIDE HIM.
He is completely empty, hollow, is he a robot?? maybe. Only time will tell if Gatesy is indeed a normal human being or some kind of superhuman "hollow man" or simply a robot.
always remember children:
NEVER TRUST AN EMPTY MAN

No, they're just advanced robots with Windows installed.
The children are goths and rebels, the wife is lazy, always argue and isn't compatible with such upgrades as

I don't know if polyfiller is suitable for this kind of operation, maybe concrete would be better.
