So my Athlon K7 1300 will be able to run it nicely?

Mind you, my graphics card is rubbish.

But the demo worked lovely-ly.

I'm running with no frills whatsoever.

Ah, time to upgrade the old PIII 866...

You can try turning the smoke effect off through the options. It may not do much to help, but when I turned the effect off things ran a bit more smoothly.

It works ok on my beast, though some tweaking is still required, the resolution and sound quality (I know!) seem to have the most effect on performance.

It's crashed a couple of times on my GeForce2.

And it runs like 3 frames a second in battle scenes.

The game works fine on my brothers laptop, save for the slight slow down when things get really big, oh yeah and it has a tendancy to crah sometimes. I think that's because of his pretty basic 3D card he has on his laptop, it's only a 8MB thing.

I'll be putting the game on my new computer when I get, see if it plays better on that.

I played a battle on Shogun.

About 6 sides, about 3000 men each.

It was the bloodiest slowest thing I have ever seen.

Holy crap the battles in medieval kill my PC!

Ahh yeah, there's nothing like getting a group of royal nights in medieval and charging them straight into a group of peasants, who quite frankly don't stand a chance. Unfair perhaps, but hey it's war and all that matters in a battle is winning.

o.O Medieval seems older.
