Everyone seen about the shuttle Columbia on the news ? Looks like its exploded on re-entry. The debris coming down looks just like the Challenger shuttle when that blew up. :-(

Looks like the debris is gonna hit Texas when it comes down, hopefully it won't do much damage.
Can only imagine what the families of the 7 member crew are going through right now.
Anyway, its on the news if anyone wants to see whats happening.

I have just heard the news. I am shocked. I had kept an eye on the mission since take-off due to the unususal fact of there being an Israeli astronaut on board. This mission was supposed to be a peaceful venture, showing how two countries normally not the greatest of friends, could work together.
I am even more shocked as to how little coverage this story as got on news websites. Possibly because the story has just broken and War seems to be given so much coverage.
It reminds us that space travel is dangerous, and that since the Challenger disaster, we have been lulled into false sense of security thinking otherwise.
My thought go to the families of the astronauts and all working at NASA in this difficult time.

Yeah, why be afraid of death? Death is painless, it doesn't hurt.

Why be scared of death? It's only a figment of your imagination, you never really die, you just...Lose conciousness forever. Whats wrong with that? YOu can sleep without anybody interupting you!##

And... SHEEPY, I said that already, see?

It makes you think, there, would those people in the third world like to carry on living or die?
