The "General Games Chat" forum, which includes Retro Game Reviews, has been archived and is now read-only. You cannot post here or create a new thread or review on this forum.
In fairness, anyone else probably won't care about the thread, unless you want to.. um.. follow the game on your own board? No?
Okay then...
:)
The thing is, I can't really afford to buy games new. Well I'm just not really willing to fork out over £20 on a game anymore. Zelda Wind Waker is an exception, and only cos I REALLY want the bonus disks!
And on the X-Box there's loads of games I want like, Amped, Jet Set Radio, Dead or Alive 3, Project Gothem Racing, BUFFY!!! And these all cos a max of £20. Generally all on 2 for £30 in the shops, or just 2nd hand for cheaper than £20!
Also, I'm gonna buy an X-Box one day, so might as well just buy the thing now while it's cheap!
Just hope no other smelly oik has bought it by the time I get to the shop tomorrow!
:)
You still have the cube and PS2 as well?
My only reservations about the PS2 were that there's so much cube stuff coming out soon that I won't be able to get through all those games, let alone anything else, making another console kind of unnecessary.
Especially since I'll be committed to the degree for the last couple of months.
Still, if you'll have enough time, and can afford it, why not?
