I was wondering what lovely things everyone has spent their GADs on, with someone winning daily there should be a fair amount of things that people have purchased.

I tend to only go with Amazon vouchers as it's easy and quick for ordering and has a huge selection.

Things i have purchased using vouchers to either pay for part of, or all of the item.

Is that the "Report this post" button? Do you use it on your own posts?

Well, I write and submit here for both practice, and to have a chance to win. I've only ever won by submitting cheats, which I put not much effort into. But I submit loads of written work, which I have put a lot of care into, and have never won.

What I mean is, you write for writing sake, not for trying to win a GAD.

But if you don't try, chances are you won't win. That's why I haven't won as much as others. I think...

Anywhooo, so far I have bought, with my vouchers:

Jak & Daxter
Ratchet & Clank
Wii Points x2
God Of War

I'm currently working on a walkthrough for toonstruck. Finally i've managed to get the game working. It was really simply. Rather then using dosbox (Being so cack handed i couldn't get it working). I ripped out the cd drive of an old, old computer, and put it in my old computer (p3 500mhz).

But even then theres a few issues with the graphics. Notceably flickering of characters. Awesome game though.

I always press the alert staff button at the top of a post if I think it's good for GAD, if more people did that then I guess it might be more varied.

Mind you, the phrase 'trying to win GAD' might just be why you haven't. As a wise old puppet once told me "Try not. Do... or do not. There is no try"

Good choice! Reminds me I got the whole 3 series of Robin of Sherwood for a couple of amazon vouchers a couple of years back. Best Robin Hood series ever.

Still got a few of the DVDs from FAD rewards. Toy Story 2, Sleepy Hollow and a few others. Didn't keep Hollow Man for some reason...

Yeah i miss that, as you knew who to ask about the game if you wanted an opinion or advice.

But at least now like you say there is a far greater range of good to put them towards.
