Has anyone orderd animal crossing from dvd box office? if so, when and how long did it take?

I should think DVD Box Office will take about 7-10 days to get it to you.
I've ordered mine from Goblin Direct, got a feeling I wont be seeing it till sometime next week, my just cancel the order and go with another company. They're customer service is non existent, they don't even put their phone number on the website I had to get it off someone on Cube-Europe. I've e-mailed them a few times asking whether paying for Special Delvivery is next day delviery and whether they have certain items in stock, but haven't received anything back.
They're useless.
