Has anyone orderd animal crossing from dvd box office? if so, when and how long did it take?

Goblin Direct are a load of sh**. i've cancelled my order with them, their customer service is non existent. on their site they have a link to live help, you click on it and it says that the site has stopped subscribing to this feature. I've e-mailed them numerous times about stock and have never got a reply. They don't even have a phone number on the site to ring, only reason I got it was because someone on Cube-Europe new it. WHat really rubs it in though is on the site they give you an e-mail to send cancellation of orders too, I send my mail and get it back saying this address does not exist. WTF?

I've ordered mine now from www.importmadness.co.uk. It's cheaper and they actually tell you how long it will be till your order ships. I've payed for 3 days delivery and that's coming over from Canada. on Goblin they have the different prices for different types of delivery yet they don't give you a rough estimate of how long it'll take, most likely because they know it'll take weeks because their service sucks.

Do you know how long it takes them to get a stock in of Animal Crossing?

I ordered Animal Crossing from DVD Box Office and it took 6 days. This is because the company are based in Canada, its worth it at £29 with free shipping though...

I payed an extra £5 for Special Delivery (and games are sent through regular mail remember, they're ot even parcels), which is next day delivery.

It came 9 days later.
