"Learning to drive - Should we be able to drive from the age 16?"

Well all I have to say is in America, Austrailia, France and many more countries people are allowed to begin to drive cars or ride motorbikes, when over here the laws change about the age limit people are to learn to drive I think we should be able to drive from the age of 16.

My wife passed her driving test yesterday, and she has no intention what so ever to drive in a circle around town and play music with a heavy vass at a high volume.

Maybe nobody else should be allowed to drive until it can be guarenteed that they won't do that?

i race a black fiesta xr2 at race meetings it is great i aint that bad at it ive won a few but i wish i started earlier though
