My next door neighbour's cat has learnt to, get this, knock on our letter box! It does it all through the night. Soon I'll have to either stop going to the door at 3 in the morning, or kill the cat. What do you suggest?

Scrap the cat. My new 'the scariest thing' is what I just found in a bowl when I went to do the washing up. I've never had washing up talk back to me before, but today was an eye-opener and no mistaking, Mr Frodo Sir! The remnants of baked beans, week old cereal and vegetable soup makes one of the most horrifying sights and pungent odours I have ever seen and smelt! Bin Laden needn't bother trying to gas us ou...I'm sorry, I really can't carry on - the smell is too much. Maybe I'll collapse and the cat will open the letter box and let fresh air in! Then I can be on That's Life! What's that...finished years ago..nonsense, it's still fresh in my mind!
