No, it won`t be as lond as the FOG version.
Why am I trying it out anyway?
The XBOX forum is a very interesting place to be, but it can also be a little quiet. I though perhaps if we had a topic with several hundred replies lurking at the top, things would look more popular.
Feel free to use the topic to talk about anything. Either the latest XBOX game, latest ideas for including some female star in a game etc... or even just the usual chat that happens all over.
As I expect this to fail, I`ve decided to spend a little while pushing up the replies. No spamming, just lots of nonsense :-)
Any help would be great, it`d be boring to have a whole topic with replies from only me.

Certainly won't argue with that opinion mate. ;-) Got a big feeling that will be the case when I get that game.
;-))
Just look at the Final Fantasy series on PS2. We still haven't got FF10 yet and in Japan their getting ready to put FF11 on the shelves !
Its pretty out of order really. I remember when I first got Phantasy Star Online on the Dreamcast. It was fun of course but when I got online, my character was so weak compared to loads of others because they had such a big head start, being from Japan or the U.S.
Luckily I found some people on there that ended up becoming pretty good friends and they even helped me along to catch up. Thing is, this is a more co-operative game. Won't be very nice to get online on a game thats very competitive and relies on you building up your character when so many have had a large head start.

Trust me. Posting on these forums will be the furthest thing from your mind once Halo has sunk it's grip into you.

The Limited Edition X-Box will probably be Japanese only. We arent really getting treated bad, its just Microsoft need to crack the Japanese market. The Japanese love anything that is a Limited Edition. So Microsoft wanted to make 50,000 of these so that they could try and sell that many.
So far the Japanese launch has been ok. In the first 3 days of the launch they sold 123,000(unoffical report) out of the 250,000 available for launch. Remember the PS2 had 1 million for launch in Japan and sold all 1 million in 2 days.
The average rate of games per console was 1.59. With DOA3 selling 70,000 and then the next contender Genma Onimusha selling 18,000 I think.
Oh well, this time in 2 weeks I'll have only a few hours to go before I pick my X-Box up at midnight. ;-)
I'll probably spend most of the day sleeping, cause I won't be getting any the night I pick up the console. ;-))
Gonna get Halo up and running, maybe get onto the other games a little, then I'll get on here to do a few posts.
