No, it won`t be as lond as the FOG version.
Why am I trying it out anyway?
The XBOX forum is a very interesting place to be, but it can also be a little quiet. I though perhaps if we had a topic with several hundred replies lurking at the top, things would look more popular.
Feel free to use the topic to talk about anything. Either the latest XBOX game, latest ideas for including some female star in a game etc... or even just the usual chat that happens all over.
As I expect this to fail, I`ve decided to spend a little while pushing up the replies. No spamming, just lots of nonsense :-)
Any help would be great, it`d be boring to have a whole topic with replies from only me.
Well you're either working a highly paid job, or you're a spoilt little brat

Not to rag on Nintendo's console because it is a nice piece of kit, but if you want to play the full-franchise mode on Madden, you'll need TWO memory cards.
X-Box might be more expensive but at least you get loads of room to store games saves, load up soundtracks, etc.
People get FAR too hung up on the initial price of the console itself. Yet, they go and pre-order 3, 4, or 5 games with it too!!
I refuse to be one of those people that are so far up a companies back passage that its hard to see where the company ends and they begin.
I've played videogames all my life, the companies are there to get MY (the consumers) attention. Others seem to think differently, but when you buy a console your not signing papers to join an army.
I play games and I want new challenges. A lot of martial artists learn a style and want to test themselves against other fighters. Get a person like that and put a controller in their hand and you have me. Obviously online gaming is a big way to do this. I face the same people all the time on games, I want to go against other people too.
With the X-Box I will get this. The Dreamcast showed promise with its online capability but due to people waiting for the PS2, it never took off. I found the Dreamcast pretty frustrating when it came to online play too because of the amount of times I encountered slowdown. Hopefully the broadband on X-Box will change this.
Nintendo make good games, no doubt about it. All the consoles have great games. But I'm not a casual gamer who doesn't mind just facing the same few people day after day. Of course its good to have strong 1 player games, but I like various multiplayer games too and at the moment Gamecube just doesn't offer this. I'm guessing the PS2 will be pretty limited like the Dreamcast too when it comes to the number of online opponents at once.
I guess I'm just very competitive, I've played games all my life and I've been into martial arts since I was 6.
