Why am I trying it out anyway?

The XBOX forum is a very interesting place to be, but it can also be a little quiet. I though perhaps if we had a topic with several hundred replies lurking at the top, things would look more popular.

Feel free to use the topic to talk about anything. Either the latest XBOX game, latest ideas for including some female star in a game etc... or even just the usual chat that happens all over.

As I expect this to fail, I`ve decided to spend a little while pushing up the replies. No spamming, just lots of nonsense :-)

Any help would be great, it`d be boring to have a whole topic with replies from only me.

I will be getting my revising money probs on a gc from the wonderful SR!

My birthday is on July 3rd so I think I'll be keeping some money aside for Buffy. ;-) Have to agree that its looking good. I was a bit cautious about it recently when I saw a movie of it as the camera as Buffy moved around seemed pretty jerky. But now its looking right back on track. :-)

Yep me too. Broadband is available in my area in a few weeks, so hopefully my dad will get it soon.

Got the new Official Xbox mag with the demo. Got a few good demos on there and a nice Buffy The Vampire movie, which shows the game to be looking pretty good. Cant wait till July 19th to get it. Also Spider-man gets 8.0/10 which is a pretty good score.

A great battle would be to have one team of 16 in tanks while the other team of 16 have a base with like 5 machine gun placements (work like the guns the Covenant use in the first game). The base team could also use upto 4 aircraft vehicles like the Banshee's. The rest of the bas team are on foot. :-) There could be one gun emplacement on the base while the other 4 are spread around the battlefield.

Remember the marines version of the Covenant shield in Halo ? Basially the stand up metal wall you could crouch behind. These could be spread all over the place too. :-)

Could be an excellent battle when you think of the base side using all their stuff along with things like normal assault rifles, grenades and rocket launchers while 16 tanks advance on them. :-)

They should be Marine style tanks, but blow up like the Covenant one. That way the tank pilots are protected and can't just be picked off.

Can you imagine the whole team clambering on the tank in halo 2 :D

Yeah me and Silent85 have been discussing an X-Box forum team. :-) Doesn't matter if your not all that good mate, it'll be fun to play as a team. Plus we can learn to play as a team. Might end up finding that different players are more skilled with certain weapons. :-)

If we have specialists (i.e. snipers, short range fighters, etc) it'll be great for games like Halo 2. :-)

Yeah, I've got broadband aswell! All of us gamers should meet up for a good ol' bash at Unreal Championship - it'll be a right laugh :-)

Apart from if I'm really crap, cause then it wouldn't be so fun... :-p
