"Mech Assault Downloads !"

Well it looks like the long wait is over for all you fans of online Mech Assault play. By the looks of it, the downloads are due tomorrow (Thursday 20th), so I know what I'll be doing tomorrow. ;-)

You were right, there were two more levels until I finished it.

Yea but sytem link is multiplayer and the new mechs could be used in the grinder gametype. I think that the Capture the flag game will make Mech Assualy pretty tactical. There will be heavy mech defendin the flag, medum mechs controlin the field and nippy invisible mechs used to steal the flag. Should be great so I just hope I can play it.

As for the time the downloads will appear, I'm guessing things will go by one of the U.S timezones (between 5 - 8 hours behind us for those that don't know).

Wonder if they'll be available from 12:00 GMT time tonight, or whether we have to wait till 12:00 in America, or even later on in the day.

Can't wait.

When you complete the game you get the Ragnarok and the Ymir mechs. They've got a cool, or should that be hot lava weapon aways a handy shield which only take a sec to respawn.

Hopefully the extra downloads will be available on the OXm disk for us without Xbox Live, but i'm not holding my breath.

Let us know what the new mechs and levels are like Sav.

Hurrah, haven't been on Live! for two weeks now, too busy :(

And Dark Angel is out this week :) Yes, it's not the best of games, but I like the show, and I liked the Buffy game, and the EGM review was pretty decent too, and there has been nothing worth buying SINCE DECEMBER.

I actually have money to spare, which shows how bad the games situation is....and whatsmore about £200 sitting in the bank because Tiscali Broadband don't seem all that interested in taking any payment for the modem, and line rental, since November.....
