What we should do on the SR chat-forums, is createa 'no-go' area. This would include topics which shouldn't be spoken about, e.g. boring topics, tried-tested-and-failed topics, and anything to do with stuff which should be in other forums, e.g. "ash+misty"?, shouldn't that be in the Pokemon section? Anyway, I need all of the guys who care to place their votes now! I know you are out there because the people who come to this forum are level-headed individuals.

A "no-go" area? But who would go in it? And would useless spammers actually go in there to post their useless topics if they knew no-one would read them?

You don't understand what I meant. What I meant was, if a user starts talking a load of trash, we should all say to that individual to stop talking drivel, or just ignore it completely. That way, this forum would be full of nothing but pure good stuff, and no useless topics.

Why don't SR just ban them? Or if not, the notables could have the power of moving topics into that forum (but they may get trigger hapy and move lots of undeserving ones in there).

I think banning them may be a bit harshe, I mean, geting banned for a topic which you wrote and thought was good? I like your idea about moving the topics to another place though...maybe they could create a new forum called "The rubbish bin", and put them all in there.

If a new user spams (i.e pocket rocket) then they should be banned - as all they do is block up the forum.

Let's not forget the people who change to a completely different subjects in some topics...it is annoying and is just messing up the topic.

I think that there should be a rule; If a newbie or JAT starts a pointless spam topic, they should be banned immediately. People like Pocket Rocket are just SO annoying.

Hmmmm...as I said before, banning them would be a bit harsh, maybe they could give them a sort of yellow card, where they aren't allowed to post stuff for a couple of days, then if they do it again, they go; or SR could use the three strikes and you're out rule...just a suggestion.

Hmmmm, usually when a new topic is started in a thread itis triggered by something - which is usually better than starting a new topic about it which may be spam.

i.e, Some games don't use anit-aliasing - MOH for instance.

Oh yes, that looks good etc.
