As usual we have the two lives of a super hero, by day Ben Affleck plays “Matt Murdock” an attorney for the poorer yet innocent members of society however if the courts fail to do justice at night Matt Murdock becomes Dare Devil. This masked vigilante swoops over the city falling from buildings and jumping from rooftops he speeds to the guilty to deal out justice.
Now you may be thinking this is all well and good however what makes Matt so special that he thinks he can take down the criminal world? Well I’ll tell you. When Matt was a child a freak accident lead to bio hazardous chemicals flooding into his eyes. Although this took Matt’s sight he gained a lot in return. The chemicals sharpened his other four senses to perfection and although he could no longer see, he also gains a kind of radar through his now bat like ears.
Like every film worth seeing this film has a girl, Elektra (Brilliantly played by Jennifer Garner) is the woman of Dare Devil’s dreams however this damsel is not in distress. Jennifer rivals Dare Devil himself as a fighter so needless to say the fight scenes are nothing short of spectacular.
This is were the film gets interesting, now we have identified the good guys lets talk about the villains. The Kingpin of NY (Poorly played by Michael Clarke Duncan) may be wealthy and powerful like most villains in the world but he calls upon the help of his Irish assassin Bullseye (Expertly played by Collin Farrell) to murder all the people he can’t.
This is when Dare Devil truly saves the day, using his radar and other super human senses he defeats Bullseye and the Kingpin himself in two (slightly long-winded) intense fights. The best aspects of these spectacular fights are the originality, fighting to the death inside a cathedral then inside a flooding office with no way out except the window.
In conclusion this film has the tremendous aspects of originality, a superb cast (mainly), an excellent story line and scenes of true passion and intensity that will keep you on the edge of your seat the entire time. This is an experience you may never find at the cinema again (if you don’t go to Lord Of The Rings – Return Of The King) so go today or as soon as possible and enjoy the movie event you’ll be talking about for weeks.

But I am. You posted something that wasn't all that good anyway in the wrong forum.

Accepting. YOU HAVEN'T FOUND ANY FLAWS, you just make stupid points and go off on tangents.

Even if it was a third, that would be normal. OK, yes it is dominated by Music and TV if you group them together, but that is because they are two groups. You could just as easily say Music is dominated by Films and TV. It doesn't really make a point.

THE WHOLE POINT IS THAT IT IS ANTICIPATED. It's not OUT yet, so people are ANTICIPATING the Matrix film. And wow, ONE letter wrong. Clearly a typing error, whereas how instead of who is a mistake. But never mind. Wouldn't want to be petty.

So it's just a coincidence that in the span of around a year we will have seen X-Men, Spiderman, X-2, The Amazing Spiderman, Daredevil, Hulk, and the Iron Man (or whatever it is)? Daredevil might have arrived all on its own but come on, OPEN YOUR EYES. It's like saying Cel Damage would have been a cel-shaded racer even without the likes of Jet Set Radio, because the graphical idea is good enough to be used in a game.

What?

Yes it is. It's a repeated mistake.

It was a close-up shot. Take a close-up shot of ANYONE smoking a cigar and it will take up most of the screen. Kingpin's CHARACTER was that of a big important crimelord, one who is always smoking a cigar. Hence the actor always smoking a cigar.

Yes. It's not hard to cry on cue, and she got training forthe fighting. It wasn't bad acting, but it wasn't worthy of commendation.

It's barely over a 3rd and one 3rd of one party gets dominated by two thirds of another party.

I second that motion

Maybe it is my opinion but when films like the Matrix Reloaded are still only trailers it is hardly the most anticipated movie of the year especially when films like DD have adverts on tv, interviews in magazines etc. Oh and if you're so perfect with spelling maybe it'll surprise you that you spelled "ridiculous" wrongly?

You actually could not be more wrong if you tried seriously obviously if something is good enough to be made into a film it will be eventually and just because they are done in a certain order doesn't main they triggered each other. How do you explain the huge gaps from the HUGELY successfull Superman movies?
> Yes. But it was very annoying. A flaw in your review, if you will.
Truth hurts and it's not a flaw.

No it's the actors fault when it takes up the entire screen and even when it's not in his face you almost always have the smoke clouding his face anyway.
> The fight scene was neat but she didn't really have to do that much

Oh I see so it is as easy as that? She put so much effort, emotion, passion etc into every scene with here it was a spectacular performance by anyones standards.
OK, a quick scan of the Movies/Music/TV forum shows 18 film-related topics, many of which are reviews. That's out of 50. Over a third of the forum is Movie related. And considering it's for MOVIES (1), MUSIC (2) and TV (3), that's a pretty decent proportion. So no, it isn't dominated after all.
